I took my time planning the re-model of our most used room in our house — the living room! We wanted a space that would allow us to relax and also comfortably host our family and friends. With a budget in mind, it took a lot of research and comparing products to find all the right pieces. Without further ado, our living room makeover in all of its neutral and bright glory is here! But first, the good ol', nice n' satisfying before and after photos:

AFTER

I chose neutral tones mixed with a variety of textures to keep it interesting and preventing the design from falling flat. Pops of modern brass mixed with a traditional style rug (which was the best deal ever, by the way) are a few ways to create the perfect balance of cozy and trendy.
